Didnt pay much attention to the room but nothing out of the ordinary. In a quite private looking area. Which was great, not much street noise. Jazmin(dont kill me if its spelled another way :[ ) and Gabe were great and very kind. No complaints. Will deff be coming back.
This was my first time staying here and I couldn't find the entrance to the parking lot because of snow blocking one of the entrances. Other than that is is quiet place the employees are attentive. Breakfast offers a limited amount of options compared to other places I have stayed at, but it tasted good.
When we’re on the road, we consider Hamptons to be our home away from home. Clean rooms, great service, free breakfast and coffee.
It was tricky to find, and one driveway was closed, but the staff was excellent, and the room was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book it again.
Room was clean but a little noisy from the highway it didn't bother me that much. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast was the classic Hampton breakfast with the make your own waffles. Yummy! I had a great stay! And will be returning here when I'm back in the area.
I stayed at the Hampton Inn Waterbury for a wedding out-of-state. I realized I lost one of my airpods in the hotel room while I was already flying back home, so I ended up calling the hotel to see if there was any way of getting it back. Niles from the front desk was so friendly! He was able to work with housekeeping to find my missing airpod and quickly got it packaged and shipped to my house in great condition. Thank you again, Niles! 10/10 service!!
Had to ride out a recent snow-storm for a few days at this Hampton Inn location, and it was a smart decision to do so. Not only did the hotel never show signs of strain or lapse in standards with the influx of guests for a few days, but it was a comfortable and safe place to be while the area recovered and got going again. Staff was great! Check in was pretty seamless. Rooms were clean and well stocked with comfort items.
